When will I receive my order?
All orders ship within 3 business days. It then depends upon where you live to determine the total transit time. All chairs ship from our Wixom, MI warehouse. In general, it takes 1 to 3 days to ship to the Midwest, 3 to 5 days to ship to the East & South, and 5 to 10 days to ship to the West. Almost everyone receives their chair within about business days.159
Do you offer a warranty or a guarantee?
These are brand new chairs from reputable manufacturers and as such, they are fully covered under the manufacturers warranty. Most manufacturer warranties are valid for 1 to 3 years and offer full replacement on defective parts & labor. How does your shipping & customer service compare to other web sites?
We do everything possible to make sure that your purchasing experience is fantastic. Our chairs ship faster than other web sites. How will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped via White Gloves Delivery Service. The chair will be fully packaged for delivery and then placed into your home in a spot you designate. Unpackaging, setup and cleanup services are all included for Free.163
Where do these chairs come from?
All recliners on this site are made by some of the biggest manufacturers in the industry. Due to licensing agreements we are not able to disclose the manufacturer names, however, we can say that they are the same chairs you will find in any of the major furniture stores around the country.164
How do you get the chairs at a discount? Are they already used?
All of our chairs are brand new, still in the box, direct from the manufacturer. We purchase them in bulk and agree not to disclose the manufacturer names. The manufacturers do this for many reasons, including, but not limited to: over runs, stock reduction, inventory clearance, close outs, etc. We're happy they mismanage their inventory, as it gives us the opportunity to offer top quality chairs at substantial discounts.165
Where can I try out your chairs?
You're welcome to visit our office at 28389 Beck Rd. • Bldg. J-1 • Wixom, MI • 48393 We have a small showroom containing our current recliner offering as well as many of our Child Recliners.166
Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
No, unless you are purchasing in Michigan and then Michigan's 6% sales tax will be added at checkout. If you are tax exempt, please supply your tax exemption information into the customer comments area when you add your billing and shipping information.167
What is the quality of your merchandise?

How do I assemble the furniture?
No assembly is required. All preparations are included with our White Gloves Delivery Service.169
Can you ship my chair Next Day or 2nd Day?
Unfortunately we can NOT. Due to the size of these chairs, only freight type deliveries are available. Therefore, we ship all chairs using our White Gloves Delivery Service. Total delivery time usually is no longer than 10 business days.170
What if my chair is damaged?
There is no need to fear here. Our White Gloves Delivery Service includes full inspection of the product as it is being unpacked. If there is a problem with your chair it won't be delivered and we will send another one out right away. On the rare occasion where there is some other problem with your order please call our customer service center at Toll Free (866) 341 6790 or email us at sales@wcteam.com. If you've changed your mind about the order, please get an Return Authorization Number and return address from our customer service center at sales@wcteam.com or Toll Free (866) 341 6790. We can't accept returns without previous authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Arrangements for returns must be made within 30 days after the receipt of your order. Please inspect your order when you receive it.171
